Frequently Asked Questions

How do I play the different game styles?

Each game style has a ? button on the setup screen that opens illustrated rules with visual diagrams and step-by-step instructions. Tap it before starting a match to learn the rules.


What are Assist Coins and Continue Coins?

Assist Coins (up to 12) power Hint and Undo during gameplay. You earn them by winning against the CPU and can refill via an optional rewarded ad. Continue Coins (up to 3) let you get “Another Chance” after a loss or draw, rewinding the board to a recoverable state.


How do daily streaks work?

Complete at least one match per calendar day to maintain your daily play streak. Win streaks track consecutive wins — draws preserve your streak, but losses reset it. Your best records are saved and displayed on the home screen.


Does the game require an internet connection?

You can play all game modes offline. An internet connection is only needed when watching optional rewarded ads to refill coins.


What languages are supported?

Mul-Tic-Tac! is fully available in English and Spanish. The app auto-detects your device language.

Troubleshooting

The app crashes or freezes

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, make sure you have the latest version installed from Google Play. If it still occurs, please contact us with details about your device and what you were doing when it happened.


My stats or streaks were reset

Stats and streaks are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing app data will reset them. We recommend keeping the app installed to preserve your progress.


Ads aren’t loading

Make sure you have a stable internet connection. If rewarded ads aren’t available, try again in a few minutes — ad availability depends on your region and network conditions.
